SAN JOSE – Zero Defects International has acquired a new facility here to meet growing demand for PCB test equipment.

The firm says it needed additional space and a configuration better suited to display and demonstrate the test and inspection equipment manufactured by its partners, including Seica USA and Viscom.

Seica provides in-circuit test and flying-probe test equipment for bare printed circuit boards, backplanes and PCB assemblies, while Viscom provides automated optical inspection and x-ray equipment for assemblies and backplanes.

Zero Defects also represents several other suppliers of related equipment and technologies. Further offerings include flying-probe testing and consulting.
