EVERETT, WA -- Fluke has acquired Martel Electronics in a marriage of electronic test and measurement technology OEMs. Terms were not disclosed.

Derry, NH-based Martel manufactures electronic test tools under its own and third-party brands, including Fluke's.

"Martel has been a great historical partner with Fluke and we wanted to tighten and align that relationship even further," said Fluke president Barbara Hulit. "We look forward to closer cooperation between the companies and the realization of benefits from Martel's further implementation of the Danaher Business System."

Martel will continue to operate from its Derry, NH location and be managed by current president Tom Fatur.
