TALLIN, ESTONIA -- Eolane is one of three potential suitors for Elcoteq's Tallin subsidiary, according to published reports.
After watching sales and profits bleed for years, Elcoteq declared insolvency late last year.
Eolane, France's second-largest contract electronics manufacturing services company, after Asteelflash, is the only one of the bidders that is privately held, Elcoteq Tallinn CEO Jan Kotka reportedly said, explaining why names of the other two companies were not disclosed.
The sale could close this month, the Baltic Business News reported.
