PARIS – Electronics manufacturing services provider Asteelflash reported revenues of $780 million for 2011, up 18% year-over-year.

Operating profit was up by 60% compared with 2010.

In 2011, the firm acquired the operations of TES, followed by the takeover of Catalyst Manufacturing Services at the start of 2012. These acquisitions consolidate the group's focus on industrial, medical, military and aerospace market sectors.

Asteelflash expects to post revenues exceeding $900 million in 2012.
