LA FRESNAY, FRANCE – Eolane has acquired electronics manufacturer Elcoteq Tallinn AS for an undisclosed sum, according to published reports. 

The firm’s name will change to Eolane Tallinn AS.

Eolane says this is part of its plan to expand in the Northern European market.

The Tallinn factory will offer a range of product development, testing, production, and after-sales services.

Elcoteq, parent company of Elcoteq Tallinn, went bankrupt last year.
