VELDHOVEN, THE NETHERLANDS – Assembléon is transferring to a new CEO and management, one year after spinning off from Royal Philips.

Jeroen de Groot heads the new management team as CEO; he was formerly responsible for marketing and innovation at the firm. He has been with Assembléon for 15 years.

The company’s other board members now include Thierry Girardot, CFO; Burkhardt Frick, CCO; Miel Ramselaar,  COO, and Tonn van de Laar, non-executive chairman of the board.
