OFFENBURG, GERMANY -- Even Elcoteq's former plants are having trouble, it seems.

Xenterio GmbH, a former Elcoteq subsidiary, is closing and auctioning its factory here.

The EMS site, previously Elcoteq Communications Technology, was renamed Xenterio in January 2008, and has been operating as a subsidiary of Bavaria Industriekapital.
