JAVA, INDONESIA – Foxconn plans to construct a large manufacturing site in Indonesia, according to published reports.

The firm could employ as many as one million people there.

The investment is estimated at more than $1 billion.

The nation reportedly offers reduced labor and operating costs compared to other locations.
