MALMO, SWEDEN -- Contract electronics assembler PanLink AB will acquire cable assembly company LRZ Commerce, the companies said today.
Terms were not announced.
LRZ is based in Tczew, Poland, and employs 140 workers. The company specializes in cable and module assembly for a primarily European customer base.

LRZ is well-respected in the market and has an impressive customer portfolio. We are confident this acquisition will yield several synergies that will bring value to all of our customers.”
PanLink has EMS sites in Poland and China and also performs wire harness and cable assembly in China.
