CHANGZHOU, CHINA -- Creation Technologies has moved into a new manufacturing facility here to meet growing demand for assembled printed circuit boards.

The electronics manufacturing services provider, ranked 25th in the world according to the CIRCUITS ASSEMBLY Top 50, has moved to the Jinton International Industrial Park in the Wujin District of Changzhou.

The new 75,000 sq. ft. facility concentrates on outsourced PCB assembly for the instrumentation, medical diagnostics, communications, and environment and security markets.

The new site replaces the original 36,000 sq. ft. factory opened by Circuit Service and acquired by Creation in 2007.

“When the Changzhou operation opened in 2005, its primary focus was to serve as lower cost region support for OEMs with higher-volume, lower-mix, high-labor content projects,” said president  and chief executive Arthur Tymos. “Today, on the strength of Creation’s regional business unit model and Customer-Focused Teams, the Changzhou facility has evolved into a full-service Creation Business Unit.  Our China operation offers ‘Right-Shore’ manufacturing for North American and European OEMs selling complex products into Asia, for multinational corporations with Asian Operations, and for Asian OEMs.”
