MILPITAS, CA -- Bliss Industries is exploring strategic options to find a partner, alliance, or a merger, the company said in an email.

"We believe ... our products and methodologies could be an ideal fit for a Fortune 2000 OEM or EMS provider to enhance their competiveness and increase their market share, or a industry ally or competitor where our product mix would enhance both companies," the email said.

Bliss is a provider of ESD-safe carts, racks and handling systems. The company was founded in 1980 by Ken Bliss, who remains the CEO today.
