KAUNAS, LITHUANIA -- Kitron's board of directors is expected to decide shortly on whether to go through with a planned multi-million dollar expansion of manufacturing site here.

The company has been contemplating the $6 million, 2,500 sq. m expansion for a year. It currently operates a 208,000 sq. ft. site in Kaunas.

Separately, a new, $1.9 million component supply center is expected to open by the end of this fall, according to Verslo Žinios, a local business paper.
