FT. WORTH, TX -- A multi-million dollar renovation has begun on a former Foxconn building here now reportedly leased to Flextronics, according to local reports.

Per a government filing, some $3.3 million worth of renovations are taking place to the 470,000 sq. ft. site. Work is scheduled to be completed by July, the Dallas Star Telegram said.

Per listings on its website and through recruiting firms, Flextronics is reportedly seeking to fill some 1,000 positions in Fort Worth.

The site was previously leased to Q-Edge, a subsidiary of Foxconn, which moved there from Orange County, CA, in 2009. The site was also previously operated by Nokia.
