SAN DIEGO – Finland-based JOT Automation has opened a new site here.

Sales growth and the introduction of a larger product range prompted the expansion.

The move will enable JOT to cater to the growing demand for automated manufacturing solutions, the firm says.

The facility is in a location near medical device and automotive manufacturing in Mexico.

No financial terms were disclosed.
