CHICAGO – BEST said its annual tech symposium will focus on soldering of bottom-terminated components and how to clean around them.

The conference takes place Sept, 25 in the Chicago area.

Keynote speaker Phil Zarrow of ITM Consulting will discuss BTC assembly challenges and how to overcome them. Other speakers will discuss minimizing voiding with QFNs, BTC reliability, cleaning underneath BTCs, and hands-on BTC rework.
