SEOUL – Koh Young Technology says it expects to increase sales revenue in 2013 compared to last year, boosted by demand for its new line of AOI machines.
The firm saw 8% year-over-year growth in revenue during the first through third quarters of 2013, with AOI revenue increasing approximately 140%.
“We’ve doubled our revenue every year solely based on 3D SPI in the past,” says CEO Dr. Kwangill Koh. “We anticipate achieving and
holding first-place market share status for global SMT inspection market in 2013 and beyond.”
The firm supplies SPI and pre- and post-reflow AOI systems.
