MANASSAS, VA – Zestron has named Todd Scheerer executive vice president of its America business unit, responsible for business development in the US, Canada and South America. Scheerer has more than 20 years' experience in chemical and materials, the last 10 in technical and commercial global management positions within GE Power & Water. 

He has detailed knowledge of adhesives, coatings, films, metals, and plastics, and a proven track record of growing businesses through new product development and market expansion resulting in consistently exceeded corporate sales goals, Zestron said in a press release.

“Scheerer is an excellent addition to our global team,” said Dr. Harald Wack, president, Dr. O.K. Wack Chemie GmbH and Zestron. “His expertise and experience will be central to bringing the next generation of precision cleaning products to the market as we continue to expand the technology envelope and broaden [our] global reach.”

Scheerer has an executive MBA from the University of Missouri-Kansas City, a master's in textile technology from the Institute of Textile Technology and a bachelor's in mechanical engineering from Virginia Tech.
