TORONTOCelestica reported fourth-quarter revenue of $1.437 billion, in line with guidance, down 4% year-over-year.

Net earnings for the quarter were $22.1 million, up 207% year-over-year.

For fiscal 2013, revenue was $5.8 billion, down 11% compared to 2012.

Net earnings for the year ended Dec. 31 were $118 million, an increase of 0.25% compared to 2012.

The firm’s 2012 restructuring as a result of the loss of business from BlackBerry is now complete. Celestica recorded aggregate restructuring charges of $72 million, comprised of $44 million in 2012 and $28 million in 2013, including $17.5 million recorded in the fourth quarter of 2013.

For the first quarter, ending Mar. 31, the company anticipates revenue in the range of $1.3 billion to $1.4 billion.
