WOMBORNE, DORSET, ENGLAND -- Electronics Technicians Ltd. has completed its acquisition of electronics design house Eagle Techniques, announced last year. Eagle has relocated its staff to ETL's 12,000 sq. ft. site at the Ferndown Industrial Estate.

The acquisition of Eagle included six employees and the firm's customer accounts.

Both companies have been in business for about 30 years.

Eagle focused on OEM designs of products such as thermostatic controllers for marine and transport heaters, controllers for disability hoists, and controllers for automated room partitions. Since 1984, ETL has been a traditional contract electronics assembler.
