ST. PETERSBURG, FL – Jabil Circuit reported third-quarter fiscal 2014 revenue of $3.8 billion, down 9.52% year-over-year.

GAAP net income was $188.3 million, up 276% compared to the third quarter of 2013.

The company posted a GAAP operating loss for the quarter of $1.6 million, compared to GAAP operating income of $93.1 million in the same period last year.

Jabil said $12.4 million in restructuring costs negatively impacted GAAP operating income.

Diversified Manufacturing Services accounted for $1.6 billion of revenue; Enterprise and Infrastructure $1.3 billion and High Velocity Systems $900,000.

Jabil predicts fiscal fourth-quarter net revenue of $3.7 billion to $3.9 billion.
