MILPITAS, CA -- Rack and cart supplier Bliss Industries is being liquidated and will be sold at auction.

The entire business will be sold, including equipment, inventory and engineering drawings. 

The company was launched by Ken Bliss 35 years ago. 

The auction takes place July 10.
