XIAMEN, CHINA -- Suiwa High Technology Electronic Industries has acquired EMS company Sunshine Power for an undisclosed sum.

Sunshine has provided contract assembly services to Suiwa for years. 

Suiwa, a flex circuit manufacturer, also announced investments in new facilities and production improvements at Sunshine.
