SCOTTSDALE, AZ – A free assembly, cleaning, coating, and reliability workshop will take place here Sept. 16.

The workshop will address PCB failure mechanisms, solder paste challenges, surface analytics, PCB test techniques, and low-cost solutions. It is hosted by Zestron, Aqueous, Henkel and Quantum Systems.

Jigar Patel, senior process engineer, Zestron, will present Defluxing in a No-Clean and OA World.

John Hall of Aqueous will present Cleaning in the Age of No-Clean.  

David Edwards, senior technical service engineer, Henkel, will present Interaction of Conformal Coatings with Flux Residues.  

The event will conclude with a panel discussion.
