HAWTHORNE, CA – OSI Systems reported fourth-quarter revenues ended June 30 of $260 million, up 14% year-over-year.

Net income for the quarter was $22.1 million, up 87.3% compared to the fourth quarter of fiscal 2013.

Adjusted EBITDA was $51.1 million, up 17% year-over-year.

“During the fourth quarter, our Security Division’s sales growth was outstanding, increasing 45% over the prior year period,” said Deepak Chopra, OSI Systems president and CEO. “We are pleased to report record results for our fourth quarter. Led by our Security Division, we reported a 14% increase in sales with strong bookings highlighted by a significant Foreign Military Sales (FMS) contract from the US Department of Defense.”

For the fiscal year ended June 30, the company reported revenues of $907 million, up 13% year-over-year.

Net income for fiscal 2014 was $47.9 million, up 8.6% compared to fiscal 2013.

Adjusted EBITDA for the year was $164.6 million, up 30% year-over-year.

The firm expects fiscal 2015 sales between $960 million and $985 million.

OSI Systems designs and manufactures specialized electronic systems and components for critical applications.
