RAMBOUILLET, FRANCE – Varova acquired a printed circuit board assembly manufacturing site here from Continental, effective from July 1, 2014.

The site will continue as a standalone firm, Viapaq.

Continental will continue to partner with Viapaq and support Varova in establishing Viapaq as an independent supplier of PCBs for the automotive, lighting, medical, and other high-tech industries.

Viapaq will be a PCB assembly and service company manufacturing high-complexity PCBs in both low and high volumes. It will offer PCB services spanning the entire supply chain.

No financial terms were disclosed.
