FORCHEIM, GERMANY – IBL-Löttechnik has acquired the assets of DeltaV and its US subsidiary, DeltaV Americas.

The company will now develop, manufacture and market a line of AOI products through its newly formed and wholly-owned subsidiary Delvitec.

Delvitec will sell and support the complete product line previously offered by DeltaV, including the AOI systems formerly sold under Orpro Vision, test solutions, cloud and autoadaptive inspection products. DeltaV acquired Orpro Vision in July 2014.

IBL Technologies will continue to market its line of vapor phase reflow machines.

Delvitec intends to support the DeltaV Orpro Vision AOI system and software product line.

DeltaV was the former IBM Group electrical tests business in Vimercate, Italy.
