CRANSTON, RI – AIM Solder's UK unit has acquired Summit Solder Products, a fellow UK-based solder manufacturer.

Summit Solder will continue to operate under its current business name as a division of AIM Solder UK. No terms were disclosed.

AIM Solder UK is a wholly owned entity of AIM Metals & Alloys Inc.

Summit Solder manufactures a complete range of solder products, such as plumbing and electronic solders, automotive solders, white metal bearing alloys, casting alloys, solder pastes and fluxes.
