WAYNESBORO, VA — PPI-Time Zero plans to expand its contract assembly operations here, just one year after opening the site.

The EMS company is currently hiring and should reach 50 local employees by next month, and could hire up to 50 more by year-end, PPI president and CEO Dana Pittman said.

Over time, the company could add 50,000 sq. ft. to its factory, bringing the total to 70,000 sq. ft. leased at the Solutions Place Industrial Park.

Pittman told local media that the company is attracted to the area because increasing demand from its defense customers.
