MAPLE GROVE, MN -- Circuit Check has acquired sales and support rights to the TSL AFS500 series of in-circuit test printed circuit board handlers.

Financial terms of the deal, announced yesterday with Reading, England-based Elite Interfaces, were not disclosed.

The machines will be rebranded as CCI AFS 5500. The gear expands CCI's existing test automation capabilities with larger board size and test probe capacity.

The CCI AFS 5500 is a "bridge style" in-line handler, configurable to existing flatbed style automated test equipment (ATE) from suppliers as Keysight, Teradyne, and others, enables our customers to easily automate existing production in-circuit test. Standardized low profile fixture cassettes and stored test profiles reduce product change over to less than 3 minutes.
