STAFFORD, TX -- Contract electronics assembler TS3 Technologies will be sold at auction starting today.

The asset sale includes two complete SMT lines, manufacturing support equipment, customer-specific inventory and testing equipment valued at $2.7 million, as well as accounts receivable, customer contracts and certain intellectual property.

The company closed its 70,000 sq. ft. manufacturing and warehouse facility near Houston in June, affecting 77 workers.
