WESTBOROUGH, MA – Argential, a wholly owned subsidiary of MicroChem, has purchased the assets of Conductive Compounds effective Aug. 31.

The new company will operate under the name Applied Ink Solutions and will relocate to MicroChem’s new 76,000 sq. ft. facility here later this year.

Conductive Compounds’ functional inks, coatings, and compounds complement a number of MicroChem products.

No financial terms of the purchase were disclosed.
