PLEASANT PRAIRIE, WI -- EMS firm Target Corp. has filed for court-supervised protection and is up for sale.
In its filing, the company reported $1.2 million of debt, against 2015 sales of more than $4.5 million and a backlog of $1.2 million.
The firm remains open and says prospects for a sale are good.
Target was formed in 1964 and employs 20 workers. It is one of two EMS firms in this small Midwest town about 40 miles sourth of Milwaukee, the other being Sanmina.
