SAN JOSE, CA – Sanmina said CEO Jure Sola is stepping down. Sola has been CEO since 1991.

The electronics contract manufacturer said it is appointing chief financial officer Bob Eulau as chief executive officer, effective Oct. 2.  He has been CFO since 2009.

At that time, Sola will assume the role of executive chairman.
