ANAHEIM, CA -- Benchmark Electronics will close its local electronics manufacturing site and layoff 75 workers, according to a notice filed with the state.

The move is effective Sept. 30, the notice indicated.

Some of the site's workers will be offered jobs at other Benchmark locations.
