MIDDLESEX, UK – Ultra Electronics expects a delayed decision from the US Department of Justice on its $234 million purchase of Sparton, according to published reports.

Ultra Electronics said it agreed with the Dept. of Justice on time targets for further document submission and time limits for the decision.

Assuming a Nov. 30 target is met, a Dept. of Justice decision is now expected at the end of March.
