LOUISVILLE -- Flextronics reportedly will lay off 314 workers at its repair hub here during the next six months.
According to a state filing, Flex is restructuring its operations in response to the wind-down of certain undisclosed business relationships. It will relocate some of its work to a site in Memphis.
Workers have been informed of the impending layoffs, the filing indicated. The cuts will take place through September. Some workers will reportedly be offered the opportunity to relocate to other Flex sites.
The Louisville plant is a repair and logistics depot.
