ANAHEIM, CA -- Bruce McMaster, president and chief executive of quickturn PCB maker DDi Corp., resigned today, effective immediately. The company named senior vice president and CFO Mikel Williams to replace him. A new CFO will be sought. DDi is the 8th largest U.S.-based PCB company, with sales of about $195 million last year, although in terms of revenues from U.S. operations it ranks fourth.

McMaster had been president since 1991 and chief executive officer since 1997.

DDi has been plaqued with financial problems for several years. The company has undergone bankruptcy and numerous restructurings. Two weeks ago DDi was notified af possible delisting from the Nasdaq exchange due to failure to maintain a minimum average bid price of $1.

Williams has been with DDi since last November.
