JALANDHAR, PUNJAB, INDIA – Amber Enterprises will acquire a majority stake in EMS company Ever Electronics in an all-cash deal.

The deal would give Amber a 70% stake in Pune-based Ever Electronics. The transaction is expected to be completed by the end of June.
