PHOENIX, AZ – Electronic component distributor Avnet Inc. reported net income of $124.7 million for the fourth quarter, up 53% year-over-year.

The company said revenue increased 17% to $4.24 billion year-over-year.

Avnet said it expects first-quarter sales of $4 billion to $4.2 billion.
