MILWAUKEE, WI – Foxconn is expected to establish a regional headquarters here for some $10 billion, according to reports.

Under its initial plan, Foxconn plans to hire about 13,000 local workers to run a 20 million sq. ft. industrial park in Racine County, Wisconsin.

In addition to a regional headquarters, Foxconn will house an innovation center in a seven-story building in Milwaukee, which the company plans to purchase from Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance.
