RACINE, WI -- Foxconn is purchasing a 46,000 sq. ft. building here, where it will establish a new innovation center.

The center will be part of a larger effort with Gateway Technical College, the University of Wisconsin-Parkside and Carthage College, and will eventually house 125 full-time workers.

The site will integrate efforts by the Taiwanese ODM to develop "smart city" concepts, according to reports.
