PATHUMTANI, THAILAND – SVI Public Co. Ltd. recorded third quarter consolidated sales of $127 million, an increase of 31.7% year-over-year and 11.2% sequentially.

Consolidated net income was $7.9 million, up 223.6% compared to the third quarter of 2017. Operating profit was $7.6 million, compared to operating profit in the same period last year of $848,400.  

Communication and network, industrial control, photonics and lighting and clean energy were contributors to growth.

For the first nine months of 2018, consolidated sales were $348.5 million, on track to the firm’s 2018 growth target.
