TAIPEI -- Foxconn reported its highest-ever sales for June on higher demand for computers and communications gear.

For the month, Foxconn posted consolidated sales of NT$396.5 billion ($12.75 billion), up 1.7% year-over-earlier. Sales were up 3.2% sequentially, the company said.

For the quarter ended Jun. 30, consolidated sales were up 10.1% to to NT$1.16 trillion. The second-quarter revenues were also a company record.

Year to date, consolidated sales are up 5.14% to NT$2.22 trillion.
