SHENZHEN – Foxconn told employees here not to return to work on Feb. 10, the end of the extended Lunar New Year holiday.

The firm reportedly told staff to "wait for further notice" on a return date, as a result of the coronavirus outbreak.

Some iPhone assembly occurs in Shenzhen, and the location serves as Foxconn’s Chinese headquarters.
