TAIPEI – ASE Technology Holding reported first quarter net revenues for its ATM assembly, testing and material business were $2.2 billion, up 24.9% year-over-year and down 2.7% sequentially.
For March, the segment’s net revenues were $767 million, an increase of 23.7% compared to the same month in 2019, up 8.1% sequentially.
Total first quarter net revenues were $3.2 billion, up 12.3% year-over-year and down 14.6% sequentially.
ASE’s total net revenues for March were $1.3 billion, an increase of 31.1% year-over-year and 34.2% sequentially.
