MANCHESTER, OH – Contract manufacturer Mirac is opening an 11,800 sq. ft. facility here and is currently hiring 20 to 40 new assembly workers.

The facility is expected to be fully functional by Jan. 4 and will assemble finished products.

“We have been a long-term supplier of printed circuit boards to our client,” said Ed Carter, Mirac’s president and COO. “We recognized it was a natural next step to use our world class manufacturing and development services to assemble the finished system.”

The facility will allow Mirac to service existing and future customer demands and can be expanded up to 50,000 sq. ft. as needed.

The site, equipment, and personnel can be modified to suit tailored production requirements for potential customers.

“Mirac’s goal is to be a positive member of the community and do our best to grow our business, while providing good jobs to Adams and Highland County residents,” said Ralph Captain, Mirac’s founder. “We know small companies like ours in small communities like Manchester can build products that positively impact millions of lives.”
