BRONSCHHOFEN, SWITZERLAND – One Equity Partners has purchased HEB Swiss Investment's shares in EMS firm Cicor Technologies for an undisclosed sum.

HEB Swiss Investment had been a major shareholder of Cicor Group since March 2009 and held approximately 29.35% of the shares as of Dec. 31, 2020.

OEP is a middle market private equity firm with more than $8 billion in assets. The company also owns Spartronics and Primus Technologies.

The closing of the transaction is subject to customary regulatory approvals.
