SHENZHEN – MRSI Systems (Mycronic Group) opened a Product Demo Center here.

“This state-of-the-art center will serve our existing and future customers in China and the Pan-Asian region,” said Yi Qian, Ph.D., VP and general manager, MRSI. “The center is fully equipped with the latest equipment and staffed with experienced application engineering experts and professional after-sales service engineers to ensure our customer’s die bonding needs are met in a timely fashion.”

The center is accepting parts and work orders from customers, and engineers are actively executing demos.
