LOGANSPORT, IN – Compal Electronics acquired Cal-Comp USA (Indiana) for an undisclosed sum, according to reports.

With the purchase, Compal and Cal-Comp are now headed by the same parent group.

Compal plans to manufacture car electronics at the site, which is already certified.
