PATHUMTANI, THAILAND – SVI Public Co. on Nov. 30 finalized its previously announced acquisition of a 100% stake of Tohuku Pioneer (Thailand) Co. for an undisclosed sum.

Following the acquisition, Tohoku changed its name to Tohoku Solutions Co.

The name change was registered with the Thailand Department of Business Development, Ministry of Commerce.
